This course is designed to explore the area of employee benefits with HR students including regulations, health insurance, retirement plans, time off programs, and other total rewards.

- I developed the new Operations Management course for the Business Management program at Western Technical College to introduce students to the core concepts of operations management and its impact on organizational success. The course covers essential skills, from managing daily operations to planning and executing long-term projects, providing a comprehensive understanding of how businesses function efficiently.
- Organizational Behavior (Hammond)
- I developed a new Organizational Behavior course that will be used in the Business Management program at Western Technical College. This is the first core course in the program and it is designed to introduce students to human behaviors in the workplace. Additionally, effective communication is emphasized throughout the course and students are encouraged to cultivate a growth mindset.
