    This course is designed to establish a foundation for front line supervisory effectiveness. Concepts in this course will develop practical skills in hiring, training, communication, motivation, counseling, employee evaluation and conflict resolution. The course includes important theories and readings, case studies, relevant videos, and self-assessment to develop a supervisory philosophy of their own.
