    Audience Awareness
    Adjusting communication based on who will receive a message.

    Channel
    The method used to deliver communication.

    Chat Platform
    A digital communication tool used for quick written exchanges, often supporting group conversations, file sharing, and real-time collaboration. (Example: Teams, Slack, or workplace group messaging systems.)

    Chronological Organization
    Presenting information in time order.

    Clarity
    Writing that helps readers understand easily.

    Concise
    Using only the words needed to communicate clearly without unnecessary detail.

    Direct Organization
    Presenting the main point early in a message.

    Formatting
    The planned arrangement of text and visual elements that helps make a message clear, readable, and professional.

    Indirect Organization
    Presenting explanation before the main point.

    Planning
    Thinking through purpose, audience, content, and organization before writing.

    Priority Organization
    Presenting the most important information first.

    Problem-Solution Organization
    A pattern that explains a difficulty and then presents a recommendation, answer, or action.

    Purpose
    The reason a message is written.

    Review
    Checking tone, details, and accuracy before delivery.

    Subject Line
    A brief heading that identifies the purpose of an email or written message.

    Visual Organization
    The arrangement of text and information so readers can quickly see structure, importance, and relationships within a message.
