Business Ethics
( \newcommand{\kernel}{\mathrm{null}\,}\)
Business ethics is a form of applied ethics that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that can arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations. These ethics originate from individuals, organizational statements or from the legal system. These norms, values, ethical, and unethical practices are the principles that guide a business and help those businesses maintain a better connection with their stakeholders.

- Book: The Business Ethics Workshop
- Ethics is about determining value; it's deciding what's worth doing and what doesn't matter so much. Business ethics is the way we decide what kind of career to pursue, what choices we make on the job, which companies we want to work with, and what kind of economic world we want to live in and then leave behind for those coming after. There are no perfect answers to these questions, but there's a difference between thinking them through and winging it.
