    What you’ll learn to do: recognize the role of communication in the management function

    Without communication there is no management. How exactly do managers use communication to meet the goals of the organization? Why are some people effective communicators and others can’t seem to make themselves understood? How do formal and information networks both support organizational goals? These are some of the questions that we’ll address in this section.
