    Scenario

    As part of your ongoing advisory/coaching engagement with Sun City Board’s founder Tom Wilson, you are preparing for a discussion of team dynamics. Tom has asked you to send him a link with “food for thought” on the topic. You remember reading about Google’s Project Aristotle and decide to review and summarize the findings for Tom.

    For Discussion

    1. As preparation for this discussion, research Google’s Project Aristotle, including the Team Effectiveness Guide customization tool.
    2. In your email to Tom, summarize the relevant lessons learned and include one guiding question for each of the five factors that impact team effectiveness.

    Posts 2 and 3: Respond to Classmates’ Posts
